Reference for NRJE Carol K. Ingall Award for Outstanding Research in Jewish Education

To whom it may concern: As you probably know, the Network for Research in Jewish Education offers an award for an outstanding publication by an untenured scholar, either a junior faculty member or an administrator, practitioner, policy analyst or researcher, who has received his/her doctorate within the past six years. The applicant must be a member of the NRJE. The research can be linked to a dissertation or any other area of research as long as it contributes to the understanding of a significant educational issue or question applicable to Jewish education. We would be grateful if you would provide us with your evaluation of the publication including the following information: The clarity of the exposition Familiarity with relevant literatures Methodological rigor Potential to advance knowledge in the field. The information you provide will be treated confidentially. Please note that references must be submitted to Ari Y Kelman before April 15, 2018. Failure to submit the reference to the NRJE Awards Committee by that date will jeopardize the applicant’s prospects of receiving the award. Thank you for helping us in this important initiative. Kind regards, The NRJE Awards Committee
